Participate in all aspects of admission recruitment; visit high schools and community colleges, represent LMU at college nights and college fairs, and participate in on campus recruitment programs.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities to keep abreast of trends in student recruitment and enrollment.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in admission, financial aid, or other area of higher education is preferred.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral); poise and professionalism necessary to represent the University independently before a variety of constituencies.
Highly developed organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.), and familiarity with contemporary social media and other communication tools.
