The CRM Specialist's role is to maintain the installation, configuration, and support of the customer relationship management (CRM) software and related systems through admissions best practices. This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality and integrity. The CRM Specialist will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to admissions operations. The position may require a few night and weekend events annually.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management information systems, marketing, statistics, social science or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum one year experience with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software. Minimum one year experience in database analysis, reporting, and development of analytical reports. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
