Ferrum College is accepting applications for the full-time position of Admissions Telecounseling Manager to become part of a successful recruitment team. The position will manage and supervise the evening calling center to achieve desired contact, pre-award, application, and enrollment goals related to the overall recruitment goals of the College. The Telecounseling Manager will monitor Admissions Office Social Media accounts.
This position requires significant evening hours and reports to the Coordinator of Prospect Development and Communications and the Dean of Admissions.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree, ability to effectively supervise and motivate personnel, knowledge and experience with database management, accuracy and attention to detail; must be flexible and work well with a wide variety of people.
