The Director of Admissions/Enrollment is responsible for providing leadership and effective administrative planning, execution, and evaluation of all student recruitment and admission functions on the IWU-Marion residential campus.
Reports to the Vice President for Residential Enrollment Management
Provide administrative leadership for the University’s admissions and student recruitment efforts.
Supervise the Assistant and Associate Directors of Admissions who oversee Admissions Counselors and other employees in areas of student recruitment, student tele-counseling, visit planning, etc.
Maintain a professional working relationship with all other areas of the University in order to recruit new student through a comprehensive institutional effort.
Implement and evaluate policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of admissions and recruitment programs.
Direct budget expenditures for recruitment and admissions activities.
Develop and implement admission policies that are consistent with the University Mission, Vision and Core Values.
Cultivate excellent working relationships with other institutional constituents.
Represent the University at events on and off campus

3-5 years of work experience in Higher Education enrollment or recruitment
