An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the GCNYC team as Chief Recruitment Officer. This role will be responsible for outreach, recruitment, and admissions processes and be actively involved in the development of direct recruitment campaigns attracting students to our unique niche degree programs. This role is central to establishing and shaping our international recruitment strategy as fit for purpose.
To be successful in obtaining this role we are looking for applicants to hold a relevant degree and to demonstrate substantial experience in sales, customer service or enrolment management. Together with strong communication skills, a vibrant personality and an eye for detail these will be essential qualities for this role.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues in our Glasgow and London campuses to build recruitment for the US and across other GCU campuses. There will be a requirement to travel and work the occasional night and weekends.
