Guide approximately 40 families through the college application process
Provide counsel, manage expectations, and serve as point of contact for students and families
Identify optimal schools based on students' test scores, GPAs, extracurriculars, and educational goals; advise students on course selection, summer plans, and enrichment activities
Help students develop a “personal pitch” and ensure these pitches are executed by our team of essay coaches
Manage the recruitment of international scholarship students to guide through the college application process
Conduct initial consultations with prospective college advising students and their families
Efficiently learning and utilizing LP’s proprietary technologies, tools, and dashboards
In-person and/or online availability during LP’s hours of instruction
Lead informational panels and workshops on the admissions process
Participate in staff meetings to refine and iterate on processes affecting the business
Strong written/verbal communication skills and high EQ
Understanding of admissions landscape across North America
Previous admissions experience in either a high school or 4-year college setting
Desire to educate, motivate, and grow with LP as we expand our national/international reach
Availability to travel (fly) to LogicPrep’s LatAm sites at least 5x per year
Commitment to at least one full academic year
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
Interest in education technology and improving processes to maximize working/learning efficiency

Full-time Salary: $100,000 USD
