The University of South Carolina Salkehatchie invites applications for an Executive Director of Enrollment Management Services. This is a senior level position that reports directly to the Regional Campus Dean.
The ideal candidate will be a progressive and proactive leader that can build and implement assertive enrollment plans, and increase student enrollment across multiple channels. This person will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple companies, schools, and organizations throughout the University's service area to create and expand educational partnerships.
We require a candidate with a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills, an understanding of how to recruit today's traditional and nontraditional student and the ability to coach, mentor and lead a team to execute the tactics and strategies required to achieve set goals.
Required qualifications include a master's degree and 7 years relevant experience in business, public administration or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and 9 years relevant experience. Salary is commensurate with education and experience; South Carolina state band 8, range= $51,161-$109, 457.
