The Waterford School, a PreK – 12 independent school serving 920 students in suburban Salt Lake City, is seeking a Director of College Counseling for the 2018-19 school year.
Partnering with the leadership team, faculty, and college counseling staff, the Director of College Counseling guides and shapes an individualized and developmental process of college exploration, application, and selection for 300 + upper school students. The Director of College Counseling is charged with serving as the leading voice on the college counseling team in developing relationships with faculty, students and parents, in each division of the School, as well as externally with college admissions officers throughout the country and around the world.
