This position will have direct responsibility for assigned resident and non-resident recruitment markets. This includes, but is not limited to, UNL’s participation in high school visits and college fairs; coordinate recruitment travel policies and procedures; admissions counselor training; supervision of five professional staff; and community and counseling relations. The position also analyzes data and ensures that goals are met; takes action consistent with this analysis and provides recommendations on recruitment strategies; interprets recruitment policies and exercises authority and independent judgment in making recruitment decisions on a case-by-case basis. Travel, night, and weekend hours are required. This position is located in Lincoln, Neb. Criminal history background check and driving record review will be conducted.
