ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR, Office of Admissions, to serve as an admissions officer with a primary focus on admissions research and analysis. Will support the data collection, analysis, and reporting needs of the office of Admissions; administer several online surveys throughout the year; report on research findings to senior admissions leaders to influence admissions policy; and review and select undergraduate applicants with a full admissions caseload and actively participate in the admissions selection committee. Other duties include several weeks of national and local travel to recruit students and meet with alumni/ae, welcoming prospective students and their families to campus, conducting information sessions, and assisting in other recruitment and yield activities as needed. REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree, excellent presentation and communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with data management and graphic presentation in MS Excel essential. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision, exercising good judgment, taking initiative, and setting priorities. Driver's license required. Job #14552-N
Regular evening and weekend work required during the academic year. There will also be several weeks of travel by air annually.
