The successful candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills and experience, expertise in the administration and management of recruitment programs, demonstrated proficiencies in information technology appropriate to admissions offices, and a commitment to the core values of a private college or university. A Bachelor's degree is required, Master's preferred. Successful candidates should also have a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in admissions or enrollment including management and supervisory roles, and preference will be given to candidates with relevant advanced degrees.
