Reports To: Varies / Director of Transfer Student Admissions
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of routine customer service, clerical, and administrative duties according to established procedures. This position also provides training and supervision to department staff and Lindenwood student ambassadors.
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)
Bachelor's degree is required.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Must be highly organized, motivated and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic research skills.
Ability to learn and apply institutional policies and procedures.
