Reporting to the Associate Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid, this position is responsible for activities consistent with the range of duties involved in all stages of the admissions & recruitment process. As a member of the Admissions staff, this position provides leadership within the office and handles a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to developing and participating in recruitment activities, special programs and projects within the Admissions Office. This position will be required to conduct informational recruitment presentations on and off campus to promote the mission and goals of Yale Divinity School to prospective applicants. The position will also coordinate recruiting activities and special recruitment events on campus including Fall and Spring Open Houses, and travel to specific off campus recruitment events in assigned geographical areas, such as idealist fairs, seminary days' events, and special denominational events. Position will advise prospective students on all aspects of the application process throughout the admissions cycle and will also be responsible for leading and participating in an admissions committee responsible for reading, evaluating, and assessing applications against a variety of factors and making admissions recommendations to leadership. This position will be required to contribute to the developing of public content designed to promote YDS and its Episcopal affiliate, Berkeley Divinity School using various social medial platforms and other organized recruitment strategies in an effort to reach both broad audiences and attractive special interested groups. This Job is 10 months - 30 hours a week.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Master's degree in theology (Masters of Divinity or MAR). 2 years of experience working in higher education admissions.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
