Require: Bachelor’s degree by the date of appointment. Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and public-speaking skills and excellent organizational and written skills. Must be a self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates a commitment to diversity and cultural sensitivity; as well as experience working with diverse populations. Have knowledge in using various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Need to have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work occasional weekends and evenings.
Desire: At least one year of experience working in admission, youth outreach programming, non-traditional student recruitment, or with community colleges. Familiarity with Banner or CRM software.
