Summary of Duties:
This Admissions Counselor Manage a recruitment territory including Putnam, Van Wert, Paulding, Defiance, Hancock, Williams, Fulton, Lucas, and Wood counties and teams with Columbus Admissions to cover Toledo area. In addition, this position manages the Indiana and Michigan territory recruitment. Responsibilities include visiting high schools; attending college fairs; hosting receptions; developing relationships with school counselors and community members; working with the Enrollment Director in building strategies and tactics around new recruitment ideas; act as admissions community outreach liaison for pipeline programs; coordinate projects with the First Year Experience team to plan orientation details; manage the student telecounseling program, which includes hiring, training and supervising a group of approximately ten student employees.
