Provide administrative support to the Office of University Recruitment.
Coordinate travel arrangements, travel advances and travel reimbursements. Coordinate/manage college fairs and other recruitment event invitations and RSVP's for Admission Counselors. Responsible for student payroll. Coordinate, package and mail recruitment packets for on campus and off campus partners. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year upper level secretarial experience or high school with five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical experience with one (1) year of supervisory experience.
