The Harley School seeks an experienced admissions professional to begin later this summer. Responsibilities include all aspects of the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students, as well as the coordination of the school’s retention efforts. The director will lead a team that will coordinate admission events, meet with prospective families, maintain the application and enrollment database, and provide monthly reporting to the Head of School and Trustees. The director will also work with the Communications Office to develop the marketing communications strategies necessary to maintain an appropriate and sustainable mix of mission-appropriate students.
We seek a creative, strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills; a person who can serve as a compelling ambassador to the wider community; someone who brings analytical marketing savvy to enrollment work; and a collaborative leader to work with faculty and division heads, and who can help us fulfill our mission as a diverse, inclusive school.
This position reports directly to the Head of School. The Director of Admissions will work with the CFO to administer the school’s financial aid program, and serve as a member of the Administrative Team, the Board Enrollment Committee, and all divisional admissions committees. The Director is the lead person in enrollment management at Harley.
