Arkansas State University, located in Jonesboro, Arkansas seeks a dynamic leader for the newly-created position of Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management. The Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management (VCEM) will report directly to the Chancellor, and will be expected to work collaboratively across campus to implement innovative recruiting, retention, and graduation strategies for the university. The Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management will be a senior administrator, serving on the Chancellor’s executive leadership team.

The inaugural VCEM will bring proven success in leading best practices in the areas of recruitment, financial aid, and retention/graduation efforts in a university setting.
Required Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with a preference for a master’s degree in management, marketing, student development, business or a related field. A minimum of three-years of experience in leadership for a comprehensive enrollment management program, demonstrated success in developing, implementing, championing and meeting enrollment, retention and graduation goals; and supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications consist of a master’s degree (or equivalent) or terminal degree in management, marketing, student development, business, or a related field; a proven ability to improve student recruitment and retention at a public or private university or college: and leadership in relevant professional and community organizations.
