The Associate Director for Freshman & Transfer recruitment is responsible for managing and implementing the undergraduate admissions and recruiting programs. Plans, administers, trains on, and participates in freshmen and transfer recruitment. Manages the Admissions publications, social media, and promotional ordering. Directly supervises the Assistant Director of Events & Orientation and Assistant Director for Recruitment. Contributes to accomplishing University enrollment objectives by developing and implementing strategies for recruiting and enrolling new undergraduate freshmen and transfer students. Reports to the Executive Director of Admissions.
A bachelor's degree with master's degree preferred, and at least 3 years of related experience in student services programs; or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job duties. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
