There are two Assistant Director positions available at Illinois Tech in the Undergraduate Admission office. The Assistant Director of Transfer Admission is a separate position and may be applied for directly.
The Assistant Director of Transfer Articulation and Partnerships performs a variety of duties in the development and maintenance of transfer articulation agreements and transfer credit evaluations.
Develops and manages transfer articulation agreements to increase enrollment and persistence of transfer students. Leverages technologies, curriculum, admission, and aid offerings to provide an optimized transfer process.
Plans for and participates in promoting the university in a variety of ways using data analysis, marketing strategies and public relations skills; and frequently makes decisions by exercising discretion and independent judgment.
Provides extensive expertise, advice, and management skills to review, evaluate, develop and implement strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve overall recruitment, retention and enrollment goals.

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; 4-7 years experience.
Experience with articulation, credit evaluations, transfer enrollment/processes, and collaborating with educators. Excellent research skills, proven analytical ability, and strong business reporting skills. Effective project management and implementing strategic initiatives. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask essential.
Knowledge of admission and recruitment software preferred. General knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a team based environment that at times can be fast paced.
Valid driver’s license required.
