The Manager of Undergraduate Recruitment is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting highly qualified students to the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences in close collaboration with the Office of Admission and Financial Aid.
This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to engage with prospective Dietrich School students prior to and after their commitment to enroll and developing and presenting Dietrich School-centered programming for OAFA recruiting events scheduled throughout the year. The incumbent will work closely with the Dietrich School Undergraduate Dean's Office to implement retention efforts for newly-recruited students. Excellent planning, organization, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to work independently in solving complex problems. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in recruitment, admissions, higher education, communications, student life, or related field.
