Position Purpose: The Director of Admissions for Online & Graduate recruits and coordinates university efforts to enroll qualified new students and assists in coordinating student services efforts throughout the campus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
(70%) Recruit students to the online and graduate programs including key university partners
Make a minimum of 75 daily contacts
Interview prospective students
Conduct financial planning calls
Manage admissions funnel including applications, acceptance, and confirmed
Ensure superior customer services to partners, students, and internal constituents
Report enrollment numbers to Chief Enrollment Officer
Oversee Admissions Counselors and any graduate & online enrollment initiatives
(20%) Provide leadership for the online & graduate admissions office.
Recruit, interview, select, and training new admissions staff
Implement admissions training for all staff
Supervise admissions staff and facilitate personnel issues/changes
Manage departmental budget
Work directly with financial aid to ensure students are awarded and packaged
(10%) Other duties as assigned
