Luther College invites applications, expressions of interest, and nominations of candidates in its search for the next Vice President for Enrollment Management. Luther seeks a genuine, energetic, experienced, and innovative leader with proven success in enrollment management and a deep and abiding commitment to the college’s mission and values.
The Vice President for Enrollment Management will join Luther at an exciting and pivotal time in the institution’s history. Joining newly appointed President Jenifer K. Ward, an experienced enrollment team, a vibrant and supportive campus community, and an engaged Board of Regents, the new vice president will have strong and energized partners in advancing enrollment initiatives at Luther.

The next Vice President for Enrollment Management will be a competent and energetic leader who will advance the enrollment management function and develop sound strategy to move the institution forward. The Vice President will demonstrate a commitment to Luther College and be able to articulate the mission and vision of the institution and the value of a liberal arts education to a wide and varied audience.
Reporting to the President and serving as a valued member of her cabinet, the Vice President for Enrollment Management will serve as the principal steward of Luther College’s recruitment and financial aid initiatives. The successful candidate will be an approachable and collaborative leader able to develop and execute a sound enrollment management strategy.
