The Enrollment Management division is comprised of 140 full-time staff who serve our students through five departments and functions: Undergraduate Admissions, International Recruitment, One Stop Student Services, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Enrollment Management Communications, Veterans Resource Center and the University Registrar. .
The position involves the recruitment of students from high schools in Tennessee. Extensive individual travel is required. Activities include counseling with a diversity of prospective students and their parents, representing the University at high school recruiting events, giving oral presentations, telephoning prospective students, evaluating written admissions applications and supporting documents, serving as liaison with faculty and staff involved with the admissions process and working with alumni. This position works with the Assistant Director and Volunteer Team and The Department of Athletics to prepare for different recruitment events involving recruits and families for football and basketball and other recruiting activities in major programs on campus. Responsibilities will require weekend and evening hours.
