The University of Bridgeport invites applicants for the position pf Director of Enrollment Management. The Director of Enrollment Operations is a member of the Admissions senior leadership team and supports undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts through the development and maintenance of the Division's CRM solution, Technolutions Slate. The position will direct all operational, data and technology-related activities, including managing strategy and implementation of the admissions CRM. Extensive experience working with Slate is a requirement for this position.
The Director will also supervise the operational staff and processes that support undergraduate and graduate admissions.
Supports all core functions of the admissions cycle, including enrollment and admissions process management, application review and verification, and student advisement
Identifies and implements ways to utilize CRM, Slate, to improve processes
Provides analysis of data and statistics for preparation of admissions reports and projections.
Maintains accurate data on applicant status, new applications, scholarships and yield
Prepares reports related to class profile, student diversity, and historical trends
Manages interoffice communications and correspondence with prospective students, parents and educational professionals
Supervises admissions operations team
Supports all admissions events planning and preparation
Develops and maintains admissions operations policies and procedures
3-5 years of direct experience in admissions, enrollment management or a related field
Some evenings and weekends required
Demonstrated supervisory experience
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Strong proficiency with Slate
Advanced Excel skills
Highly advanced technical skill set
Excellent oral, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to lead and work within a collaborative, team environment
Detailed documentation and reporting abilities
Ability to work with ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse students, staff, faculty, and other constituencies required
