Case Western Reserve University seeks a Director of Recruitment and Strategic Initiatives. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and serve as a member of the division’s leadership team. The Director is responsible for all strategy, communication, and marketing for the division and oversees an enrollment marketing team. The anticipated start date is Spring/Summer 2020.
Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), the top-ranked university in Ohio and one of the top 50 in the nation, is the only independent, research-oriented university in a region bounded by Pittsburgh and Rochester to the east, Nashville to the south, and Chicago to the west. Interest in CWRU is at an all-time high and continues to grow. Over the past nine years, undergraduate applications have increased from approximately 7,500 to over 26,000, and the admit rate has dropped from 70% to 29%. Commensurate increases in quality, diversity and national and international representation, are a direct result of the division’s successful strategic marketing and communication.

Successful candidates for this position will have at least eight years of experience in admission. In addition, experience with strategic marketing and communication and working knowledge of print, electronic and social media production is required.
