Oversee and leads all aspects of a centralized student information system related to prospective students within Radford University’s Banner Relationship Management module. Develop and manage targeted research, trend and comprehensive reporting of recruiting/retention results and projections. This includes, but is not limited to: the creation of standard and custom reports; the identification and extraction of information for mass direct mail and emails through the creation of population selections; and the production of all mailing lists.
Must have a Bachelor degree or equivalent education, training and experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to exercise professional discretion and judgment. 2 years or more of experience working with university enrollment process, i.e admissions and /or financial aid. Extensive experience working with relational student databases.
