The University of Baltimore (UB) seeks a creative and strategic enrollment management leader to serve as its Vice President for Enrollment (VPE). Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the Executive Team, the VPE will work closely with other senior leaders to provide vision and leadership for enrollment management. The VPE will provide critical leadership in meeting the University’s strategic enrollment goals in its primary market segments: transfer, professional, and graduate students. The VPE will play a lead role in helping the university to capitalize on a bold and ambitious vision. This individual will oversee integrated enrollment division, overseeing admissions, financial aid, marketing and creative services, and records and registration.

The University has an enrollment of just under 5,000 students, which includes 2,097 undergraduate students, 1,655 graduate students, and 724 law students, with students of color making up half of the student body. Reflecting its focus on adult students, the average age of an undergraduate is 29; the average age of graduate student is 33.
