Represent the University both on and off-campus to prospective students and other individuals or organizations involved in the graduate program search and selection process. Assist with the recruitment of Loyola University graduate admission candidates, answer questions, and advise prospective students on procedures and requirements for graduate admission. Maintain liaison with many Loyola academic and administrative offices.
Essential Functions: -This position supports the outreach and recruitment for the Loyola College of Arts and Sciences graduate programs and the non-cohort graduate programs in the School of Education. -Collaborate with graduate academic program leadership to assist in the recruitment of graduate students. -Counsels prospective graduate students on admission policies and processes and assists them throughout the application process. -Coordinate graduate events both on and off-campus including graduate information sessions, university events, graduate fairs, company education fairs, interview days, and other outreach events as needed. -Conduct other admission-related duties as assigned and approved by the Director of Recruiting. -Coordinate inquiry communication and follow-up correspondence with all inquiries, prospects, and applicants through Slate CRM. -Work with Marketing office and academic programs to create an automated comm-flow for all inquiries and applicants. -Communicate with applicants regarding application status and admission decisions. -Coordinate with the Director on enrollment strategies to support graduate enrollment goals. -Maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external constituents including Student Administrative Services, (SAS), Academic Department Operations (DPO) staff, Records office, the Officer of International Student Services (OISS) and Academic Affairs staff.
