Albright College, a liberal arts college in Reading, PA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations for the School of Professional Studies. The Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations (ADEO) reports the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management for the School of Professional Studies (SPS). The ADEO is responsible for building and maintaining all system functionality for the SPS. The ADEO will support the Assistant Dean of EM in running the day to day operations of the enrollment and retention functions. This includes but it is not limited to creating enrollment reports, workflows, enrollment decisions communications, event planning, and other essential functions for enrollment and retention.
Essential Job Functions:
Strategy development for best use and implementation of existing SPS technologies and systems. Use necessary tools for assessment of enrollment management efforts, identify opportunities, and strategize ways to measure ROI, among other key metrics.
Serve as the administrator for the SPS Slate instance and Aviso.
Build and update all Slate-hosted applications and forms.
Manage communication to support recruitment and enrollment initiatives for prospective students.
Execute daily functions within the operations and communications area to support recruitment and retention of SPS students.
Import and export all prospective student, applicant, admission, enrollment data.
Create, edit, format, test, and launch all email, text campaigns and portals.
Manage email & direct mail marketing strategy for SPS using Slate, Aviso, and other systems.
Create reports for the purpose of tracking and assessing admission data and results.
Update and maintain all application, decision, and enrollment processes.
Create and maintain documents and processes for printed communication, admissions, scholarship decisions, and visit invitations.
Assist with planning and organizing recruitment and enrollment events.
Assess and create processes to support the daily operations of the SPS team.
Implement Slate tools that enable the recruitment team to most effectively, efficiently and strategically support yield of prospective students.
Create and update documentation for and training all Slate users.
Act as primary trainer for all admissions counselors on technology initiatives not limited to application review, event management, recording student interactions, drip marketing campaigns, Slate reporting, and all other necessary trainings.
Troubleshoot all Slate and Aviso issues as they arise.
Remain current in product upgrades and improvements, providing recommendations and championing enhancement efforts.

a. Some college credits preferred, experience preferred
