The Associate Dean for Diversity and Strategic Initiatives will work to develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy, from inquiry to enrollment, that contributes to the strategic initiatives of the College: the CMC Opportunity Strategy, the Open Academy, The Presidential Initiative on Anti-Racism and the Black Experience in America; and the new Integrated Sciences Department. Reporting to the Director of Admission, the position will work with the Associate Vice President for Admission and Financial Aid and the Director of Admission and other key departments within the College to recruit and enroll students of underrepresented backgrounds that draws from these initiatives. The position requires a minimum of 5-7 years working in an Admission office at an institution of higher education with consistent promotion and increased responsibility. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and experience in diversity recruitment is required.
