Friends University is seeking to fill the Director of Graduate & Professional Studies Recruiting position in Wichita, KS. This position recruits and manages the operational, financial and personnel activities of all Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) and Graduate (GRAD) recruitment staffs for the Wichita campus and Topeka in order to achieve enrollment and meet revenue goals. Partially remote position working an average of 45-50 per week. Moderate evening and /or weekend hours are required. Attendance at CAPS / GRAD university events will be expected. Responsibilities include;
Provide professional leadership and managerial direction to the staff responsible for CAPS and GRAD student recruitment.
Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment process that includes identifying, attracting and enrolling students in accelerated educational programs.
Thorough understanding of the principles and practices of recruitment and admission activities; knowledge of financial aid strategies, exceptional interpersonal leadership and customer service skills; and ability to serve as a team player in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment.
Coordinates with marketing on advertising and promotional materials. Communicates programmatic changes to the recruitment staff.
