• Partner and administer admission practices with third party recruitment vendors. 
• Interview prospective students regarding Concordia fit and transfer options 
• Work with third party recruiter in developing and advising applicants on course plan to finish degree 
• Engage in relationship marketing with prospective students and other influencers 
• Respond to communication (letters, phone, email) in a timely manner 
• Maintain coverage of assigned geographic or program areas of responsibility 
• Manage student files and make admissions decisions based on admissions policies and procedures

• Strong written and oral communication 
• Ability to build successful relationships with faculty and staff 
• Detail oriented 
• Self-management, making effective judgements, ability to be flexible and effectively plan and organize work to achieve required results

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred

• Required Computer Proficiency 
• Preferred Experience with student populations in an educational setting  
• Preferred Experience demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills 
• Preferred Previous experience that demonstrates goal and results oriented approach to work 
• Preferred Project Management
