The primary purpose of the Director of Transfer Admissions is to manage all aspects of the undergraduate transfer admission and recruitment process, with a concentrated focus on increasing the market share of transfer students. The director evaluates the market and initiates strategies to increase Duquesne's undergraduate transfer student enrollment and retention, which can assist the University with its goal to increase net tuition revenue.
