• Organizes, plans, and executes strategic enrollment management plans with program chairs and academic leadership. Builds target budget to grow applications and enrollments. • Researches, determines, plans, implements and conducts on and off-campus recruitment with high schools, colleges, and healthcare facilities within assigned territory. • Counsels prospective students and applicants regarding College admissions’ policies and procedures, program admission requirements and procedures, and prerequisite course requirements and equivalences.• Collaborates with academic advisors to ensure student success from inquiry to graduation • Identifies and evaluates opportunities for program expansion through regional and national partnerships
