Responsible for enrollment counseling, recruiting, and general office duties. Provide leadership to other process improvement teams as necessary. Recruit, hire and manage the freshman admission team and serve in place of Executive Director of Admissions when necessary. Manage any and all external readers throughout the year. Chair the University Scholarship Committee for undergraduate admission. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the academic, social, and spiritual composition of Belmont University in order to perpetuate the Belmont mission and vision. Manage the enrollment of students from a particular geographic region including direct visitation, recruiting visits, and appointments with campus visitors. Evaluate credentials o
