POSITION SUMMARY Bryn Athyn College seeks an experienced professional to join a terrific enrollment team. The associate director is responsible for connecting with students who fit the academic profile and mission of the College and helping them to determine if Bryn Athyn is the right fit for them.  Close relationships are the hallmark of the Bryn Athyn student experience, so the candidate must enjoy building genuine relationships with students and their influencers.   The associate director will participate in the leadership of the enrollment team, will manage a primary recruitment territory, and work with a caseload of prospective students through the inquiry, admission, and enrollment processes. Success relies on effective one-on-one counseling of prospective and admitted students about academic offerings, student life, financial aid/affordability, and the faith-based mission of the College so that students and their families understand the fit and value of the BAC experience relative to their goals.  

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required; 2-3 years college-level recruitment experience with proven success in identifying students’ needs, resolving their challenges in the college selection process, and securing their enrollment; a strong understanding of—and adherence to—the ethics of a student-centered recruitment process; strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to manage projects and multitask; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work collaboratively as well as take informed, independent actions to achieve results; determination to meet enrollment goals and adhere to timelines and deadlines; comfortable working across all forms of communication and with public speaking; availability and willingness to work evenings and weekends (including some overnight travel) as needed; valid driver’s license; proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel and Word); working knowledge of CRM databases and dashboard reporting systems preferred.
