The selected candidate will provide primary oversight, leadership, support, and responsibility for goal attainment of enrollment outreach & admissions.  Lead strategic initiatives at College of Nursing including admissions counseling, admissions visits and assisting enrollment team to manage the recruitment cycle and enrollment funnel. This role ensures leadership can make data-backed business decisions to increase the performance and efficiency of admissions and recruitment.  The Admissions and Recruitment Operations Manager will have a combination of operational experience and business acumen to manage all aspects of admissions and recruitment.

The Admissions and Recruitment Operations Manager reports to the Director of Enrollment Services and is expected to regularly interact with College of Nursing internal and external stakeholders. Professionally represent the College at events, conferences, and recruitment functions.  In coordination with the Director of Enrollment Services, the Admissions and Recruitment Operations Manager will oversee the development and execution of a new strategic enrollment management plan to optimize traditional and nontraditional admissions and enrollment. The individual will collaborate with faculty for the review of admission applications at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The Admissions and Recruitment Operation Manager must demonstrate professional experience including customer service, financial management, strategic planning, event planning and execution, supervisory experience, data analysis and report writing.
