The Position
Engage and inspire future teachers. You are responsible for growing the teacher population as the nation faces widespread teacher shortages, particularly in small communities where many do not have equitable access to earning a college degree. In this role, you will earn others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism, while helping qualified individuals explore and think about their pathways to education. You will help people that already work in select school systems commit to themselves and help them sign up for college so they may become future teachers in their local community.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with potential and existing students through individual meetings, and in group sessions via telephone and Zoom; visual presence is occasionally required
- Attract, enroll, and respond to individuals interested in applying to Reach University
- Collect all required documents for academic acceptance into Reach undergraduate programs
- Collaborate with teams to continuously improve student enrollment and communication experience
- Represent Reach University to applicants and students in a positive and professional manner
- Support building new and enhancing existing partnership relationships to support and address their needs
- Maintain collaborative relationships cross-departmentally
- Produce and share timely and accurate reporting information as needed
- Adhere to all University policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience
- Higher education experience is appreciated, but not necessary
- Previous service as a teacher is strongly desired
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite of products
Salary
$55,000 - $75,000 commensurate with education and experience
