The purpose of this non-exempt position is to provide support to both Senior Assistant Directors. Additionally, as a member of the Enrollment Support Coordinator team, this position is expected to provide superior customer service to students and families in the area of Admissions. 1. Act as the primary liaison to students and parents; represent the Enrollment Management Division with professionalism and provide superior service with every customer interaction
*Provide telephone customer service to prospective students, current students and their families on all aspects of the admissions and financial aid process
*Provide secondary backup support by reviewing and responding to all emails to the Admissions email account and forward when necessary to the appropriate person or department at Lehigh
*Perform other duties as assigned
*Provide Enrollment Rx portal assistance to applicants and their parents
*Act as the technical liaison for Enrollment Rx portal issues communicating to the Admissions team as well as ESC tech support
2. As member of the Enrollment Support Coordinator team, provide administrative support for the department and support the enrollment goals for the division and institution
*Possess a thorough understanding of the admissions and financial aid applications, forms and deadlines
*Possess a thorough understanding of the process of submitting documentation
*Possess a thorough understanding of the types of financial aid available
*Possess a thorough understanding of how financial need is determined
*Possess a thorough understanding of how to read a financial aid award
*Understand the distinct responsibilities of each Enrollment Support Coordinator
3. Act as the Event Coordinator to support Directors and Counselors
*Coordinate and arrange on-campus programs
*Work within provided budget
*Coordinate all student travel and boarding arrangements
*Coordinate meals for students once on campus
*Coordinate and book all sponsored activities for students once on campus
*Order and shop for LU swag, snacks, meals, etc.
*Plan and coordinate pre-event briefings with key participants
*Aid in the coordination of analysis of event outcomes and recording of appropriate event information
4. Coordinate Off-Campus events, such as college fairs, for recruitment activities.
*Work closely with the Admissions counselor charged with overseeing campus visitation in order to
implement off-campus activities.
*Ship appropriate materials as needed for college fair coverage
*Coordinate correspondence, locations and refreshments to the extent that all scheduled meetings are on time and complete with requested amenities
5. Provide secretarial support to the Director of International Admission and 50% of the Admission Counselors
*Prepare any correspondence needed
*Schedule high school visits, off campus interviews and information nights
*Provide assistance on any projects or tasks being worked on by counselors supported
6. Provide backup receptionist duties when necessary
7. Responsible for purchasing for office supplies and services through approved vendors

Special Considerations
The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by the supervisor
Will sometimes need to stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, walk and lift up to 25 pounds
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education or experience
Three to five years related work experience
Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships
Excellent organizational skills, time management and sound judgment
Adept use of digital communication preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a high degree of initiative for bringing tasks to completion
Solid analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software
Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
