The Director of Admissions develops and oversee the strategic and functional areas of student recruitment, admissions, and onboarding for all academic programs at LSTC. The Director will create and implement data-driven recruitment strategies on local, national, and international levels and will coordinate travel and virtual outreach to strengthen pipelines from ELCA colleges and universities, churches, camps, synods, and other targeted recruitment pools. The Director promotes admissions through providing counsel on ministry vocations, information about LSTC’s degree and certificate programs, and relational connections with key applicant influencers.
