Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management, the Director of Admissions, Undergraduate within the Division of Enrollment Management, will be responsible for leading and directing undergraduate recruitment, admission and enrollment initiatives. As an integral member of the leadership team, the incumbent will lead Undergraduate Admissions in continuing the institution’s successful record of attracting, enrolling, and retaining new freshmen, transfer and international students, while maintaining the diversity of entering classes using advanced and innovative recruitment technologies and techniques. The incumbent will serve as a spokesperson for the mission and values of the university.
Master’s Degree and a minimum of five-seven (5-7) years of progressively responsible experience in the administration of an admissions office required. A proven track record of success in recruitment and the ability to use technology to help drive the work of an admission office. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with and recruiting diverse populations preferred. The incumbent will be required to travel, included weekends and evenings.
