The Undergraduate Admissions Office has a full time opening for an Admissions and Welcome Center Coordinator. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment and demonstrate independent judgment and initiative. Primary duties are to be initial point of contact for guests visiting admissions and to coordinate all aspects of the campus visit for prospective students including tour guide, admissions counselor appointment, faculty, athletic, fine arts and other extracurricular appointments. This position will also have some supervisory roles related to visit coordination. The Coordinator is the building manager/liaison for various campus offices as it relates to the upkeep and maintenance of the Admissions & Welcome Center. Requirements: High school diploma plus 3-5 years' experience in administrative support and supervisory area; Associates degree preferred. Individual must present excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strict attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and ability to work in a team environment with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and proficiency. Knowledge of relational database management and Microsoft Office applications required. Position is open until filled.
