The Admissions Counselor, Transfer & Adult Students serves as a member of the Admissions team, focusing on recruiting prospective transfer and adult students in support of the College’s strategic plan. The Admissions Counselor, Transfer & Adult Students represents Penn College, both on and off campus, to prospective transfer and adult students, college/university transfer advisers and faculty, and other individuals and organizations involved in the transfer and college selection process. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies for transfer and adult student admission, in collaboration with the Associate Director and Director of Admissions. Frequent travel that may be in or out-of-state during peak recruitment periods.
