Position Summary The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for creating, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives, serving as a primary resource to the three recruitment teams (instate, outstate, and international) managing, coordinating and strategically evaluating the specific functional operations in order to achieve success in application development, release of admission decisions and yield development. The senior associate will serve as a resource for all parties who request/create recruitment relationships within the respective colleges. The senior associate will represent Michigan State University and the Office of Admissions at the state, regional and national levels.  This position reports directly to the Executive Director and presides over the office
