Provides direction for planning, budgeting, organizing and maintaining a well-balanced, competitive women’s NCAA Division II volleyball program. The program will operate within the athletic policy and guidelines of Georgian Court University, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference and NCAA Division II. Essential Functions: Head Women's Volleyball Coach 60%: Maintain team budget and coordinate team logistics. Schedule contests appropriate for the academic schedule. Scout opponents as needed. Organize program fundraisers and participate in departmental efforts and partnerships. Implement service and community engagement activities. Hire and supervise assistant coaches.
