The Assistant Director of Admissions supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of the strategic admissions and recruitment initiatives for the college aligned with the college’s SEM plan. This position is responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly and yearly enrollment targets in several student market segments; ensuring that Sinclair meets its market penetration goals in its service area; conducting thorough quantitative analysis of current and future market segments; and ensuring that Sinclair maintains the highest quality of relationship with students, high schools, corporate and community organizations for the purposes of admissions and recruiting.
