POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director for Enrollment Operations is responsible for supporting the enrollment operations for Enrollment Management, including the successful implementation and ongoing project management for the university’s constituent relationship management system (CRM), as well as the development, execution, and analysis of mixed-media, data-driven targeted recruitment communication campaigns. The incumbent utilizes a diverse set of software systems, database integrations, and technical operations designed to streamline and optimize admission and enrollment functions.
