The Assistant Director serves as a contributing member to the Enrollment Management team responsible for recruiting, advising, and enrolling prospective students to the College and contributing to the overall success of the Enrollment Management team. The Assistant Director is solely responsible for managing a portfolio and managing a geographic territory, in which their primary responsibility is recruitment management, critically assessing applications, making intentional and thoughtful admission decisions, and applying strategic thought to create an impactful
