The primary role of the Associate Director is to serve as a member of the senior management team, advising and implementing the strategic institutional and admission goals set by the Vice President, Enrollment Management. Specifically responsible for managing a robust portfolio, in addition to managing the Admission team’s junior staff, who also manage projects; recruiting, advising, and enrolling prospective students to the College and serving as an integral member of a 13-person admission committee; traveling on behalf of the College; interviewing candidates;
